What these terms cover, and what they don't
These terms govern your use of this website only. If you purchase a service, that purchase is governed by the service terms you affirmatively accept at checkout (for the Automation Audit, Automation Audit — how it works, covering the price, the deliverables, the timing, and the refund position) or by a separate written agreement accepted by both parties, such as the proposal for a fixed-scope build, a Business Systems Blueprint, or custom software work. If those documents conflict with these terms, the service terms or the written agreement control. When you buy on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to commit it.

For anything you intend to rely on, please contact us and a person will confirm it. Any dispute relating to this website belongs in the state courts in and for Pinellas County, Florida, or, for a claim that belongs in federal court, in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, Tampa Division. Service terms and written agreements name their own forum, and that choice controls for disputes about the service.
Changes
We may update these terms as the site evolves; the effective date above tells you which version is current, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms for that use. Each version applies only from its effective date forward. An update never reaches backward: it does not alter service terms you have already accepted or a written agreement already in place; those continue as accepted unless we both agree otherwise in writing.
