Why FutureWave exists
Most small businesses get sold AI before anyone has looked at how they actually work. FutureWave exists to do it the other way around: map the process first, automate the part that should be automated, and leave the rest alone.
The company
FutureWave pairs functional analysis with systems thinking and uses AI where it earns its place. We work with teams whose processes are real, regulated, and a little messy, and we make them run reliably.
The work spans the full path: scoping the problem properly, designing the system, building it in reviewable increments, and operating the result with humans in the loop. We would rather tell a client that automation is not the answer than ship something that impresses once and breaks in production.
Based in the Tampa Bay area, working with small businesses across the US. Most engagements run fully remote.
Led by Chingiz Mizambekov
Every project is led by Chingiz Mizambekov, a lead functional analyst and systems thinker with more than a decade in enterprise IT. He turns complex, high-stakes systems into clear, buildable requirements before anyone writes code.
His background spans regulated, public-sector, and high-stakes work: a business-critical hospital billing platform built around a configurable rule engine, digital services for the Flemish regional government in Belgium, and the national Belgian bobsleigh team. He brings European precision and US small-business practicality to every project, and works in English, Dutch, and Russian.
Chingiz is an IEEE Senior Member and holds a US visa for individuals of extraordinary ability. The person who scopes your problem is the person who builds the solution.
What we believe
- Analysis before automation
We scope the real workflow, including the rules, constraints, and edge cases, before building. The failure mode in this field is automating a process nobody fully understood.
- Fixed scope, fixed price
You know what is included and what you pay before any work starts. No hourly drift, no surprise invoices.
- AI where it earns its place
AI is a tool, not the goal. We use it where it measurably helps and leave it out where a simpler, more reliable approach wins.
- Humans in the loop
Wherever a decision carries weight, a person stays in control. Automation handles volume; judgement stays human.
- Reliability over cleverness
We ship in small, reviewable increments and hand over cleanly, with documentation people actually use.
