How this website handles information. We collect the minimum needed to run the site and reply to you, and we do not sell personal data.

Who we are

This website is operated by FutureWave Technologies LLC, 7901 4th St N STE 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702, USA. For any privacy question, email hello@futurewave.technology or call +1 727 390 4861.

What we collect

We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the site and answer inquiries. There are no user accounts or logins, and we do not sell or rent personal information.

Contact form

When you submit the contact form, we collect the details you provide: your name, email, and a description of the process you want to improve, which are required, and, if you choose to share them, your phone number, company, website, the tools you currently use, and a budget range. We use these details only to read your inquiry, judge whether we can help, and reply. The form also has a hidden anti-spam field; if it is filled in, the submission is discarded and nothing is sent. To block automated abuse, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile; verifying a submission sends the challenge response and your IP address to Cloudflare, which processes them under its own terms.

Checklist and email list

When you request the First-Automation Checklist, we collect your email address, and your first name if you provide it. We use them to email you the checklist and, with the consent you give at sign-up, occasional practical notes about automation. To confirm an address can receive mail, we check its domain's public DNS records, and the form uses the same hidden anti-spam field and Cloudflare Turnstile described above. Your email and first name are stored with our email-sending provider to manage the list. You can unsubscribe at any time from the link in any note we send, or by replying to ask us to remove you.

Email and phone

If you email or call us directly, we receive whatever you choose to share and keep it only to respond to you.

Payments

When you pay for an engagement, the payment is handled by Stripe. You enter your card or bank details on Stripe's own secure page, so those details go directly to Stripe and never reach our systems. From Stripe we receive your name, your business name, your email address, your billing address, and a record of the payment such as the amount, the date, and the brand and last four digits of the card. We use these to deliver the work you have paid for, to raise and settle invoices, to keep our accounting records, and to meet tax obligations. Stripe processes the payment under its own terms and also uses the data to run the payment and to detect fraud.

Paid engagements and working calls

If you buy an Automation Audit or another engagement, we keep the contact and pipeline record for it in our customer-relationship system, raise and track invoices in our accounting system, and run our email, calendar, documents, and call recordings through our workplace tools. The audit's working call is recorded only with consent given before recording starts: the buying business agrees when it accepts the audit terms, and every person on the call, including whoever attends for the buyer, consents for themselves before the recording begins. If anyone declines, nobody is recorded; the call runs on written notes instead, or is rescheduled. The recording is used for one thing, producing your report; it stays between us, and we delete it no later than 90 days after the engagement ends, sooner on request, unless a documented legal hold or an active dispute requires us to keep it.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first, cookieless measurement tool. It does not use client-side state to track you across sites and does not build a profile of you.

Hosting and security logs

The site runs on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes standard request data, such as your IP address, to deliver and secure the site, under its own data-processing terms.

How a contact form submission is handled

A form submission is delivered to us by email through our email-sending provider and arrives in our inbox. If your inquiry becomes an engagement, its contact details also enter our customer-relationship system so we can manage the work. We use the information only to respond to and manage your inquiry. We do not use it for advertising and do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

How the AI assistant handles your conversation

If you use the assistant, your messages are sent to our AI model provider to generate replies. Before a message is sent to the model, we automatically mask things that look like card numbers, national identification numbers, email addresses, and phone numbers, and the same masking runs again before a conversation is stored or emailed. Your conversation may be stored and emailed to us so a person can review it and follow up. Alongside the conversation we store a randomly generated conversation identifier, the time of the conversation, a message count, and the browser identification your device sends with the request. Opening the assistant also runs the same Cloudflare anti-bot check as our forms and issues a short-lived signed session token that expires on its own and is not kept. We do not store your IP address with the transcript; to limit abuse, we count requests against a scrambled version of your address rather than the address itself. An email address you leave for a personal reply is kept in a separate contact field rather than in the masked transcript, and we use it only to contact you. Please do not enter passwords, card numbers, or other sensitive details; the assistant is not designed to ask for them. We use conversations only to answer you, follow up, and improve the assistant. We do not use them for advertising and do not share them for anyone else's marketing.

Who processes data for us

We rely on a small number of service providers that support website hosting, security, and cookieless analytics; forms, email, and communications; generating the assistant's replies; payment processing; customer relationship management; accounting and invoicing; and workplace collaboration, including video calls and document storage. Depending on how you interact with us, they process the contact, technical, conversation, billing, or engagement information those functions need, under contracts that bind them to confidentiality and security, and we share only what each one needs to do its job.

Two we name, because you meet them directly: the site, its anti-bot check, and its analytics run on Cloudflare, which processes your IP address and browser signals to tell people from bots, and payments run on Stripe, which also uses payment data for its own fraud-prevention and legal obligations. Some payment providers process information for their own security and compliance purposes. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Cookies

The site does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and the analytics we use is cookieless. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies to secure and deliver the site.

How long we keep it

Inquiries and correspondence: for as long as needed to respond and to keep a reasonable record of what was agreed, then deleted on request or when no longer needed. The checklist email list: until you unsubscribe, apart from a minimal record that stops us emailing you again. Assistant conversation transcripts: the stored copy is deleted automatically after 12 months, sooner on request; a transcript emailed to us for follow-up is kept as correspondence under the rule above. Working-call recordings: deleted no later than 90 days after the engagement ends, sooner on request, and held past that only under a documented legal hold or an active dispute. Engagement, payment, and accounting records: for as long as contracts, disputes, tax, and accounting rules require. We keep other information longer only under a legal hold or another legal obligation.

Your choices and rights

You can email us at hello@futurewave.technology to ask what information we hold from your correspondence, to correct it, to request its deletion, or to ask us not to contact you again. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law; contact us and we will honor them where they apply.

Children

This site is meant for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Where data is processed

We operate from the United States, and your information is processed primarily in the United States by us and the providers described above; some providers may process limited data in other countries under their own safeguards. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information will be processed as described here.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. No website or method of transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes

We may update this policy as the site evolves. The effective date above reflects the current version.
